He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Wright of Mt. Airy, MD. and Brenda Horton of Mt. Airy, MD.; his grandchildren, Katie (Thomas Tigner) of Mt. Airy, MD, Peyton, Grace and Hunter of Mt. Airy, MD; and his brother Floyd Horton of Mt. Airy, MD.
