He was predeceased by : his parents, Palmeta Staudt and John Wise Lindsey. He is survived by : his wife Danielle J. Lindsey; his children, Jamison S. (Mollie) and John B. Lindsey (Alice); his grandchildren, Emily, Melanie, Brody, Hannah and Jake; and his sister Pamela G. Eyre (Jesse T.).
