Jeffrey will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Jeffrey is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jeffrey’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Michael Shay of Garland, TX and Kellee Mulder (Greg (Westminster, MD); his grandchildren, Chase and Chloe Mulder; and his sisters, Cynthia Knopp and Donna Landon.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Uniontown Bible Church (4272 Watson Ln, Union Bridge, MD 21791). A reception was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
