It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Field Wilson of Mount Airy, Maryland, born in Brunswick, Maine, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Roby Wilson; her parents, Herman Luther Field and Edith Evelyn Field (LaBorde); and her sister Charlotte Damon. She is survived by: her children, David Wilson, Jeff Wilson (Terry), Steven Wilson (Christie) and Penny Stork (Chuck); her grandchildren, Travis, Brennan, Amber, Leif (Ashwini), Camden, Mitchell, Nathan, Hope, Caleb (Rachel), Jake (Tara), Paige and Thomas; and her great grandchild Arthur Wilson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Airy Baptist Church at the above address.
