Joe Louis Watts Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tabb Allen Watts Sr. and Annie Watts (Wheeler); and his siblings, John Allen Watts, Ernest Dean Watts, Tabb Watts, Jr., Mary McNeil and Annie Mae Crossfield.

He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Cabbagestalk, Geraldine Saunders, Varnice Bassfield, Beatrice Watts, Shirley L. Maynard (Marion) and Kathleen Watts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
