He is survived by : his parents, Jerry Martin and Marlene Martin of Boardman, OH.; his wife Wendy Jo Fox; his sons, Steven Martin (Krystal Knott) and Brian Martin; his stepchildren, Kate Ashley Smith (Adam) and Justin Riesz (Chantal); his pet Dakota; his grandchildren, Stella Rose Martin, Carter Bray and Addison Belle Smith; his brothers, Matt Martin (Jenn) and Neal Martin; and his nieces and nephews, Mitzi, Savana, Sierra Martin, Neal Jr., John and Jax Martin.
