Airy, MD, Brian Smith (Heather) of Westminster, MD, Casey Smith of Westminster, MD, Lindsey Smith of Pasadena, MD, Nick Smith and Amy Capitan of Brunswick, MD; his grandchildren, Ashley Jarrett, Brandon Bennett, Sierra Smith, Dylan Smith, Blake Smith, Skyler Crowl, Ariel, Hadley and Colton; his great grandchild Wyatt Jarrett; his siblings, Darlene, Mike, Diana and Doreen; and his friend Wanda Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
