She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillary Ray Hawkins, Sr. and Elizabeth Hawkins (Earp); her sisters, Gloria Pruitt and Melody Carr; her stepsiblings, Hillary Ray Hawkins, Jr. and Faye Hawkins; and her brother-in-law Joseph Blodgett.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry L. Hawkins, Sr. (Katrina), Don Hawkins (Sue), David Hawkins (Cheryl) and Patricia C. Blodgett; and her close friend Frankie Hawkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
