She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" L. Lewis; her sisters, Linda Wilt and Patricia Holloway; her son-in-law Albert Darryl Lambert; her grandson Nathaniel Lewis Wilkins; and her parents, Helen E. Wentz Jarl and Homer Leroy Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Trail Lambert of Mount Airy, MD, Martin Edward Trail, Jr. (Kay), Montana and David Keith Trail (Tammy) of Franklin, WV.; her stepchildren, Gerald M. Lewis (Eileen) of Germantown, MD and Catherine Lewis of Indian Shores, FL.; her grandchildren, Katherine, Charlotte, Jason, Beau, Brittany, Blake, Brandon, Christopher and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Gabby, Rylan, Hunter, Amarylis Rose, Ava, Landon Rivers, Micah, Madilynn, Maddox, Hudson Alexander and Lucy James.
