She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Davis and Eleanor Ardel Dean (Pinault); and her sister-in-law Alicia P. Masterson. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" H. Permenter; her siblings, Shari Mattos (Frank) of Forest Hill and Robert Dean (Cheryl) of Catonsville; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl P. McFadden of Westminster, Michael F. Permenter (Irene) of Georgia, Cecile Permenter of Florida and Michael Masterson of Florida.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St John Catholic Church (43 Monroe St, Westminster, MD 21157).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023 Merrifield VA 22116-7023.
