She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Owings Warfield, IV; and her parents, Alfred Clarence Edward Condon and Roseanne Fowler-Baker Condon. She is survived by: her children, David Clark Warfield, Michael Barnes Warfield (Jacquelyn) and Sharon Anne Stratton; her grandchildren, Lara Christine Monroe (Alistair), Ashley Lee Warfield Jr. and Alisha Lynn Warfield; her great grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Monroe and Corrine Margaret Monroe; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Warfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
