Mary E. Fleming Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 8, 2022, at the age of 98, Mary E. Fleming of Mount Airy, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Welsh and Elsie Welsh (Lowman); her husband Donald E. Fleming; her brothers, Elbert, Roland, Walter and Lawrence Welsh; and her son-in-law Larry Ecker.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Ecker and Thomas Fleming (Peggy Fleming); her grandchildren, Christopher Ecker (Brennan), Erin Lawrence (Jason), Tricia Winchester (Greg) and Donnie Fleming (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Casey, Olivia Ecker, Abby, Hannah Lawrence, Caitlin Fleming and Keegan Winchester; and her sister-in-law Arta Hawkins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Pine Grove cemetery.
