She was predeceased by: her father J. Albert Hardy; her husband H. Kenneth Gosnell; and her mother Irene P. Hardy. She is survived by: her daughter Tamya Jo Dugan (Matthew R. Dugan); her sisters, Barbara Jean Dixon (Carlton L. Dixon) and Patricia A. Williams; her granddaughter Katherine E. Dugan (Michael Meliniotis); her great grandchildren, Callen and Elin; her grandson Bradley Dugan (Lauren Dugan); her great grandchildren, Brynn and Kinley; her grandson Brett M. Dugan (Sarah F. Dugan); her great grandchildren, Connor and Aspen; her nephews, Michael C. Dixon and Neal A. Manalo; D. Michele Peterson and Jennifer L. Wilson. She is also survived by many other family members and several friends.
A memorial gathering was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Damascus U. M. Church (9700 New Church St, Damascus, MD 20872).
