Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Pamela Ann Rawlett (Mount Airy, Maryland), who passed away at the age of 67, on December 11, 2019. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Arlene Mountjoy; her parents, Jack and Loretta Rinker of Mt. Jackson; and her sister Deborah Mencl of Fredericksburg, Virginia.. She is survived by: her husband Gary Rawlett; her sons, Michael (Mandy Rawlett) and Bryan (Heather Rawlett); her brothers, Wade and Jaye Rinker; her siblings-in-law, Diane, Brenda and Richard Mencl; her nieces and nephews, Samantha, Stephanie Mencl, Zachary and Travis Rinker; Camryn, Jack, Henry and Isla. She is also survived by friends, and being a loving mother and grandmother.
