She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Collins and Ella Collins; and her siblings, Alan K. Collins, Sr., Tamara Dawn Martinez and Tina Eva Joyce.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie (John Williams) of Westminster and Jenny (Dan Basgier) of Hubert, NC.. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
