He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Thurston Tyler and Grace Delilian Ford Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. Tyler; his daughters, Lynda Davis and Marjorie Fiske; and his grandchildren, John Davis, Leesa Schartman, Trevor Davis and Carl Fiske. He is also survived by his eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (8 E Ridgeville Blvd, Mt Airy, MD 21771). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
