He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Stanley Rinker and Nora Miller Rinker; his wife Rodelle Elizabeth Hansberger Rinker; and his siblings, Evelyn Funkhouser, Dorcas Specht and Marion Rinker.
He is survived by: his sons, David Rinker (Ann Patrice), Everett Rinker (Janet) and Roger Rinker (Ann Thomas). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Saint Paul Lutheran Church (4109 Jerome Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (4109 Jerome Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824).
