With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Powell of Mount Savage, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2025 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Carder (Johnson) and Robert Carder Jr.; and her siblings, Gary Carder, Robert Carder, John Carder, Virginia Kennell, Sue Kennell and Paulette Brotenmarkle.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Powell; her daughter Jennifer; her pet Oakley Marie; her sister Margaret Smith; her son-in-law Chris Mason; and her grandsons, Brandon Powell, Carder Miller, Dekota Mason and Alyx Mason. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
