She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Lotz (McKenzie) and Henry Lotz; her husband Earl Harvey Lepley; and her son Glenn Early Lepley. She is survived by: her daughters, Portia Ann Blank (Allen) and Connie Mae Crabtree (Robert); her grandchildren, Duane Gomer (Crista), Arthur Gregory King Jr. (Samantha), Tina Doman and Earl Gregory King (Krysta); her great grandchildren, Ian Barbour, Alec Gomer, Gracie Mae Doman, Carsyn, Kayden King, Arthur King III and Laurie King; and her great great grandchild Carter Duane Barbour.
