She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy A. Arnold (Raley); her husband Jackie A. Booth Sr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Arnold Twigg and Ralph "Fred" Arnold. She is survived by: her sons, Jackie "Jack" A. Booth, Jr. (Michele) and Steve J. Booth; her grandchildren, Andrew, Joshua (Tessa), Kaitlyn, Haley, Noah and Ella; her great grandchildren, Andrea Grace, Marie Claire and Adalyn; and her sister Robin Shaver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
