He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Winters and Bessie Florence Winters (Gnegy); his wife Bonnie Jean Miller; his daughter Linda Lewis (Tom); his granddaughter Emily Lewis-Young; his brothers, Harold, Orval and Robert; and his half-brother Dale Winters.
He is survived by: his children, Carl (Nancy) of Colorado, Rebecca McCollum (Paul) of Kentucky and Mary Norwish (Richard) of Eglon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maple Spring Covenant Brethren Church (3075 Maple Spring Hwy, Eglon, WV 26716).
