Mike Davis wrote a sympathy message

“My name is Mike Davis, I started duck hunting with Bill when visiting the Mary and Ben Bowie family in my early years. I was a duck hunter. Miss Bowie introduced me to Bill. He would take me duck hunting with him during the week of Christmas during my vacation. We hunted Goose Bay and Nanjemoy creek. He used wooden decoys by Madison Mitchel of Have Degrace MD. I Learned a lot about duck hunting from him and the flying habits and identifying. The week of July 4th I would go crabbing with Bill.”
