She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Jane Humphrey of Severn, MD; her husband Timothy William Rice; her daughter Jillian Marie Rice (Noah Laney) of New Market, MD; her brother Gene Humphrey Jr. (Jan Dethloff) of Odenton, MD; and her mother-in-law Sheila Jarvis Rice of Bladensburg, MD. She is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
