He was predeceased by: his parents, Murwin M. Stultz Sr. and Catherine Virginia Stultz (Kirby). He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene Pugh (William), Brenda Stultz, Jennie Fugitt (George) and Melody Walker (Glenn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hartzler Funeral Home- New Windsor (310 Church St, New Windsor, MD 21776). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (310 Church St, New Windsor, MD 21776).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to the Kahlert Regional Cancer Center, 291 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
