She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Eugene and Helen Weishaar Rippeon; her husband David O. Smith; and her siblings, Arlene Staley, Elmer, Thomas and Wayne Rippeon.
She is survived by : her sons, David W. Smith of New Windsor and Douglas A. Smith (Vickie) of New Oxford, PA; her grandchildren, Melissa S. Rippeon (Rick), Holly M. Diakite (Andre), David W. Smith (Amanda Mullen) and Kayla N. Hay (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Connor Rippeon, Hope, Faith Diakite and Carmen Smith; and her sister Shelvia Fox of New Oxford, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
