He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Medovich and Frances Medovich. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Weisz); his sons, Todd (Kerry Medovich), Erik (Krystal Medovich) and Jason (Cortney Medovich); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Korey, Brendan, Kaylin, Ari, Eden, Emma, Lauren, Arianna and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Weston and Hunter; his brother Steve; and his sister-in-law Kim Medovich.
