She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Kenneth Grimes and Marie A. Staub Grimes; and her brother Albert D. Grimes. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry E. Lease; her sons, Kenneth Lease (Diana) of Corpus Christi, TX and Jeffrey E. Lease of New Windsor; her granddaughters, Carli M. Lease (Michael Young) of Union Bridge and Tiffany Patterson (Chandler) of Boerne, TX; her great grandchild Charles Young; her sister-in-law Effie Grimes of New Windsor; and her nephew Donnie Grimes (Debbie) of Taneytown.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (310 Church St, New Windsor, MD 21776). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
