She was predeceased by: her significant other Roger; her parents, Ralph and Charlotte; and her sister Barbara Ann. She is survived by: her children, Jocelyn Rowe of Washington, D. C., Christopher Rowe (Lily) of Parkville, MD and Marjorie Livingston (James) of Westminster, MD; her grandchildren, Zenaida Rowe, Aidan Rowe, Evangeline Rowe, Therese Livingston, Lucy Livingston and Mary Margaret Livingston; and her sisters, Marcia Sieg of Barrington and Kathleen Yeloushan of Clarkston, Michigan. She is also survived by five nieces, five nephews and her godchildren.
