He is survived by: his parent Agnes Chase; his siblings, Barry Butler, Brian Chase, Montez Chase, Corey Chase and Angela Smith (Joseph); his uncles, Thomas Clark and James Clark (Cecilia); and his cousin Lillian. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews, relatives and friends.
