She is survived by: her husband John William "Jack" Morgal III; her son Joseph Fowler (Christina); her stepchildren, Kami Lee (Chip), John W. Morgal IV (Jackie), Shawn Morgal (Debbie), Ashley Samworth (Andy) and Christine Canter; and her sister Pam Dillon. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson.
