He is survived by: his brother Knights; his wife Mary Jo; his sons, Antonio (Leslie) and José (Briege); his sister Cristina Ibáñez Pando; and his grandchildren, Teresa, Laura and Edward. He is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews.

Social distancing rules will limit the church capacity to 125 occupants.

“We met Roberto and Mary Jo on a tour of Ireland in 2014 and kept in touch over the years through Facebook. In 2016 we visited Washington DC and met with Roberto and Mary Jo, and were treated to a personal tour of the National Shrine of the the Immaculate Conception. We are saddened by his passing, and offer our sincere condolences to his family.”
