He was predeceased by: his brother Joel Weinstein; and his daughter-in-law Susan Dembo Weinstein. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Weinstein; his sons, Larry Weinstein (Pam Schwaber Weinstein) and David Weinstein; his granddaughters, Carly Weinstein, Chloe Weinstein, Samantha Weinstein and Abigail Jones (Weinstein); and his great grandchild Eli Jones.
