Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
