He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Foltz of North East and Ashley Doucette of Palm Bay, FL.; his siblings, Scott Fields of Aberdeen, Anthony Doucette of North East, Gavin Doucette of Palm Bay, FL, Krysten Foltz of North East and Kayleigh Doucette of Palm Bay, FL; his grandparents, Patty Brown, Eddie Fincham of Moorefield, WV, Kathy Foltz of Jarrettsville, Hubert Doucette Sr. of Palm Bay, FL and Sandy Doucette of Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Aubrey Fields and Dominik Doucette.
