He was predeceased by: his father Clarence L. Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Diane Kay Watson (Saylor); his children, Cory, Cody, Krystal, Matthew and Xena; and his siblings, Darlene Smith, Veronica Caswell and Toby Shoff. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
