He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Louise High, Andrew and Margaret Hansley. He is survived by: his parents, Keith High and Beth High (Hansley) of North East, MD; and his brother Dylan W. High of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by 5 uncles, 4 aunts, and 17 cousins.
