It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth C. Williams of North East, Maryland, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Williams. She is survived by: her children, Leo Williams (Eun Williams) of New Jersey and Josey Chapman (Gerry Buford) of Texas; and her grandchildren, Demetrius, Frank, Jovonn and Tanisha.
