As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ernest may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest O. Lundgren, Jr. and Jane Lundgren (Beacom). He is survived by: his wife Alice Dunaway Lundgren; his sons, Ernest O. Lundgren, IV of Wilmington, DE and Robert C Lundgren of Newark, DE; his siblings, Robert Lundgren (Diane) of Media, PA and Ruth Lundgren of Quebec, Canada; his stepchildren, Robert Dunaway of Port Charlotte, FL and Jane DiDiego (Joseph) of Kennett Square, PA; and his grandchildren, Felix and Lyra DiDiego.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
