He was predeceased by: his father Joe Stanley. He is survived by: his fiancée Barbara Adams of Elkton, MD; his children, Samantha Forrester of Mountain City, TN and Nicholas Stanley of Port Deposit, MD; his mother Shirley; and his siblings, Joyce, Pat and Lee.
