Wiggins of North East, Maryland, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Wiggins; and his sisters, Brenda J. Thomas, Dawana L. Humphries and Barbara M. Collins. He is survived by: his children, Josh D. Wiggins (Shelby) and Mindy M. Young (Eric); his grandchildren, Aiden, Jaxsen and Stella; and his sisters, Beverly J. Zielinski and Dorothy A. Luckett.
