He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hewitt (Brinkley); his children, Patrick Hall of Elkton, MD, Amanda Hall of Elkton, MD, James Hall of Elkton, MD and Samantha Day of Elkton, MD; and his siblings, Carol Parks of Rising Sun, MD and Arthur Hewitt of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
