With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John L. Crothers Sr. of North East, Maryland, born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, who passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ralph Crothers and Ethel Crothers (Norman); and his spouse Robbie J. Crothers. He is survived by: his children, John L. Crothers, Jr. of North East, MD and Robin J. Crothers of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Hilary Crothers Moore of North East, MD, Erin Crothers of North East, MD and Rachel Crothers Henley of North East, MD; and his great grandchildren, Kathryn Moore, Draven Henley, Jasmine Henley and Gideon Crothers-Steele.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to either North East Fire Company or Chesapeake Feline Association, both sent in care of the funeral home.
