He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Jones and Lollie A. Jones; his son Sean Jones; his sisters, Marie Baker and Patsy Yonce; and his brother-in-law David Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Drinda Jones (Mitcham); his son Robert Jones; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hailey, Leah and Maddie; and his sisters, Frances Cox and Brenda Parks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
