She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Spencer Blevins Sr. and Ola Blevins (Joseph Mitchell); her grandson Dusty Mitchell; and her siblings, Gertha Blevins, Mary Armour, Maragret Eveland, Ruth Vincent, Isaac Blevins, Harold Blevins and Evelyn Armour.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Mitchell (Bill Cooper) and Sherry Mitchell of Aireville Pennsylvania; her granddaughter Allison Hepborn (Richie); and her great grandchildren, Abbie, Liam and Josie.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crouch Funeral Home (127 S Main St, North East, MD 21901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
