It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Owens (North East, Maryland), born in Battle Creek, Nebraska, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude S. Grubb and Phoebe S. Grubb (Cornett); and her husband Alfred M. Owens. She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Owens (Donna) of Conowingo, MD, Sharon Alexander of North East, MD and Charlotte Graustein of Wilmington, DE. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Cecil County.
