She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vincent Gallagher III (Dingle) and Patricia Gallagher. She is survived by: her children, Christina Winters Pannell (Joe Pannell), Joshua Winters (Shana Winters) and Rebecca Winters Simpson (Byron Simpson); her siblings, James Gallagher IV (Jimmy), Jennifer Parker, Margaret Eldridge, John Gallagher and Eric Gallagher; her grandchildren, Cameron, Maeson, Evan and Blake; and her husband David Winters.
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations for the memorial.
