It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Kay Reed of North East, Maryland, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Davis and Calista Bedwell Davis; her children, Kathy Pierce and Jack Culver; and her siblings, Harry Davis, Jr., Luke Davis, Andy Davis, Richard Davis, Raymond Davis and Patricia Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Burchett (Steve) of Charlestown, MD, Dorothy Strickland (Bill) of Hudson, FL, Cheryl Reed of North East, MD, Nathan Reed of Dover, DE and Rita Burchett (Ray, Sr.) of North East, MD; and her brother Ralph Davis of North East, MD.. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
