He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Patrick and Nancy Patrick (Lounsbury). He is survived by: his wife Julia Patrick (McMullen); his children, Mark Dickson-Patrick (Alex) of Baltimore, MD, Caitlin Knox of Port Deposit, MD and James Knox, Jr. of North East, MD; his siblings, Brian Patrick (Kim) of Port Deposit, MD and Krystal Delcher (Randy) of Baltimore, MD; and his parents-in-law, Cindy and Richard Anderson. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations made payable to the American Lung Association, and sent in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
