She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Burnett and Eleanor Mae Davis; her husband George H. Ulary; and her sisters, Esther Burnett and Ruth Nester.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jenny Cyran (Tim) of North East, MD, Melissa Licharowicz of Glenville, PA and Georganna Ulary (Joseph Campisi) of Tivoli, NY; her grandchildren, Josh (Deanna), Jake, Isaac, Hannah, Phoebe (Joe), Judah (Melina), Inez and Zola; and her siblings, Katie Reynolds of North East, MD, Carol Williams of Elkton, MD and Don Burnett of Milford, DE..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Cecil County Library, in care of Crouch Funeral Home, P.A.
