It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy H. Cassidy of North East, Maryland, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Reece "Bill" and Elsie Viola Taylor Bundy; her former husband Peery Robert Asbury; her husband John Cassidy (Jack); and her siblings, Jack Bundy, Kathleen Corley, Betty Vanhoozier and Virginia Bundy.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Asbury Davis (Randy) of Trinity, NC; her sisters, Janice Morehead of Lambsburg, VA and Jeraline Clyburn of Tazewell, VA; her grandchildren, Rachel Brucker (Edward) and Robert Davis (Rhianon Brady) of Greensboro, NC; and her great grandchildren, Leo and Henri Brucker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Crouch Funeral Home (127 S Main St, North East, MD 21901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jude's Catholic Church (928 Turkey Point Rd, North East, MD 21901). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
